minutes, swim 4 laps freestyle unassisted, be
able to lift 5 pound water brick from deep end
of pool. Upon completion participants will recieve
a Certificate and T-shirt. NO REFUNDS

Fit Kidz Yoga program is an hour of fun, playful
movement designed for kids between 5 - 10 years
old. Physical activity makes us healthy,
as well as happy! Share tips on healthy
choices. Learn balance, coordination,
stretching and stillness. Come, be a tree,
a turtle, a dog, or a mountain!
