in the water in the Shark course. You’ll
master five all-purpose swimming strokes, including:
the sidestroke, backstroke, and breaststroke.
You’ll
increase your strength and improve your form
as you work for a smoother and more energy-efficient
swimming style. You’ll also learn several
dives, including the long shallow dive, the
running entry, and the board dive.
