The Housing Department of the City of Hollister Redevelopment Agency is committed to ensuring housing opportunities exist for all segments of the Hollister community.

As part of this commitment, the Redevelopment Agency, during the 2003-2004 fiscal year, will work with non-profit community development corporations to develop strategies that will increase the City's affordable housing stock, will create a home-owner occupied rehabilitation program, and will develop a down-payment assistance program for first-time home buyers.
