No, per Municipal Code Section No. 15.12.020 A1 "No person shall abandon, park, store, leave, keep or maintain, or permit to be abandoned, parked, stored, left, kept or maintained, any trailer upon any private or public property, other than in a mobilehome park, except as follows:  One trailer forty (40)feet or less in length, may be parked, stored, left kept or maintained in the rear of any residential unit, other than that of a duplex, apartment, motel or hotel, provided:  (1) Such trailer is located at least five feet from any property line, at least ten feet from any building used for human occupany and at least five feet from any building attached to a building used for human occupany; and (2) Such trailer shall not be used for human habitation or occupany at any time."
