Contact the Engineering Office at the number provided with the location and the reason for the request.  The Engineering office will consider the request by doing studies of the current conditions and will look at past accident history.  The office will also look at the surrounding areas of the requested stop sign.  If a stop sign or other traffic control device is warranted a recommendation will be made to the City Council for the installation.  Through this process we will try to keep you informed of the progress and the outcome of the studies.
